Wine Cellar Jovanović

This is a story about two people who were united by music, and then by love, and then, with faith and hope, they set foot on the ""path of wine"". They wanted to make something unique to us, from their land, with their own hands. Something that can be woven into winds and rays, emotions and hopes, trust and patience. Their goal is to take from the country the best it can give and to pour it into a bottle, by combining traditional methods and modern techniques. With dedicated and dedicated work in the vineyard, they want to pay special attention to each vine and each bunch, and not to ""make"" wine in the cellar, but only to carefully monitor and supervise what they did and got in the vineyard. Since they want nature to be the first creator of their wine, the composition of the soil (smonica, impregnated with limestone) also determined the grape variety, so that both vineyards were planted under merlot. The vineyards are on two slight elevations in the Wielkopolska atar, which offer a picturesque view of the mountains Jastrebac and Ozren, as well as the Aleksinac valley. Extremely fresh air comes from Ozren, which cools the grapes in summer days and brings extremely fresh nights and temperature differences, which is of great importance for the aromatic wine complex, while in the valley of South Morava, over Vardar, air reaches even from the Aegean Sea. Košava and other winds (according to which, according to the legend, the village was once called Vetropolje) have a very positive role in cooling the grapes as well as reducing the humidity after the rains, so the vineyard is less exposed to diseases. During the year, from month to month, from vegetation to vegetation, from germination and flowering to hinge and maturation, they live with their vine. This relationship especially culminates in the harvest period. The climax is that graceful period, when what is given by God (harvest) is harvested, for all the effort (sacrifice), with gratitude through every look at heaven…
