Kopilovtsi monatsery – food production

The Kopilovtsi Monastery "Holy Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin" was founded in 2003 on the land of the village of Kopilovtsi. Until 2005 he belonged to the Bulgarian Old-Style Orthodox Church, and from 2009 to 2018 – to the Church of True Orthodox Christians in Greece. It was founded by the former abbot of the Zhablyanovo monastery, Father Kasian. Through animal farming and agriculture, the monks raised funds for the restoration of the Zhablyanovo monastery, which has become desolate and for the construction of a nunnery near Kopilovtsi.
